more options

I am going to a webpage where I need to fill out some forms and I keep getting a box with the following description: Unterminated String Literal I have updated my version of Java to 7.0 and have restored FireFox's settings to the previous settings, but nothing works. It seems to have something to do with Firefox and Java. Any help?

This is a jquery error in the browser, please contact the website admin about this for more information.

If it is happening on multiple sites please consider resetting Firefox. Reset Firefox preferences to troubleshoot and fix problems

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
