Just the other day I was on Firefox doing my normal, daily activities. I guess over night it along with Windows had an update, and now it won't play Pandora. It keeps telling me to update my Flash Player. I have read several forums and tried what they suggested. I have installed and uninstalled flash player a million times, restarted my computer a million times and nothing seems to be working. I'm in hopes that you have the right solution!

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
