I want Firefox to redirect to a website at certain times every day. 8:10, 9:53, . . . how do I do that?

In scheduler you can setup a jobb starting ff at a spec time and repeating it (in steps) from 5min - 1 hour but not 48 min. (30 or 60min) With a batch (command) file you can use "sleep" (48*60*60 sec) You can write a script that checks the time and comp it to your schedule. To start FF on a specific page (or open a new page from a commandline you use "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox"\firefox -new-window http://www.dn.se or whatever site you want to open.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

The OP is on Mac, so solutions for Windows won't help.
