Go to the URL type "about:addons" Check to see if flash is set to always run.

Flashplayer is not listed in your system information aside.

Maybe you tried to install the wrong FlashPlayer plugin. You need the 32 bit Firefox version.

  1. See Install the Flash plugin to view videos, animations and games
  2. Visit the Adobe test site separately first with Internet Explorer then with Firefox. https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
  3. Look at the information provided and if necessary download the installer for Firefox and/or IE. Running the installer will prompt on what to do.
  • You will probably be offered bundled software there is no need to accept it.
