On windows.old you have to find \users\<your win-username>\appdata\roaming\thunderbird\Profiles\<some letters>.default /mail/local folders Copy everything inside there to your new disk at: %appdata%\roaming\thunderbird\Profiles\<some letters>.default /mail/local folders

Or if you haven't set up your accounts just copy the hole profile from (but not including ???????.default) to your new disk
