This is Seung Kim, IT technician at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C.

All managed computers on campus already have Firefox and SeaMonkey software installed. I am not sure if the commercial use of Firefox and SeaMonkey is permitted for downloading, installing, and updating.

Please, advise.

You aren't sure if you can use Firefox on commercial computers? Of course! It's Free Software. You can read the MPL at https://www.mozilla.org/MPL/2.0/

I know that Firefox and SeaMonkey are free software. However, I wanted to make sure your software can be permitted on commercial computers to use.

Please, advise.

Yes of course, it is totally covered to install, use, update, distribute, etc. Firefox on commercial computers so long as you aren't removing the Firefox branding or making changes and trying to sell Firefox as your own.
