Hello all,

Despite uninstall/install am still getting message even after following the instructions on the support website for various potential fixes. Regardless of what I try just keep getting "Your Firefox Profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.

Please help!

Hi, did you try to delete the profiles.ini file in the profile folder path to force Firefox to create a new default profile ?

Note that uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox doesn't affect the Firefox profile folder.
