hi studioig3, thank you for reporting this. unfortunately this is a problem with the android 5.0.1 update on htc one m8 devices from verizon at the moment. there is a fix for this issue by mozilla already in the pipeline, so please look out for a firefox update in the google play store in the coming days.

hi again, the update to firefox 36.0.2 addressing the start-up crash on your device should now be available in the google play store.
