big one... since u send me now 3 times/day those messages to upgrade...without explanation why i should do this when it rather harm my computer....

If it's that annoying then "never check for updates" in options/ advanced/ updates. Your computer must be very delicate thou. And I'm not sending u. I, just like all in here, am a user.

i was expecting answers from mozilla.... it is not a delicate computer! the whole e-mail program was DELETED from the computer as a result of that upgrade!!! 10,000+ e-mails almost lost!!! it all about work!!! heart attack..... anyhow tnks.

Perhaps you need to elucidate whet the issue is. I still do not think you have described your problem. We know exactly what you have said.

Now at this point I can establish you have a problem. You think it is related to upgrades and you may or may not have lost mail because the program was deleted.

Thunderbird upgrades do not delete the program, so I assume that something else happened. If you are going to expect answers, please we need details. Otherwise we are just guessing.

If your difficulty in providing details is due to English not being a first language, perhaps you could advise of that so we might point you to somewhere they speak your language of choice.
