How can I move my chrome bookmarks to my firefox?

I have a Windows 8.1 laptop and I'm changing my browser from chrome to firefox. I need to import my bookmarks but the "import bookmarks from chrome" pop-up isn't coming up.

  1. Press Alt or F10 to see the menu bar, then click on Bookmarks menu, select Show all bookmarks, or pressCtrl + Shift + B.
  2. Click on Import and Backup menu, select Import Data From Another Browser...
  3. Then select the other browser.
