I'm on windows and every time I log into facebook an error message comes up saying that shockwave is having problems. Can you help me fix this? Thank you for your help! Best Wishes, John Cantu

Was that Shockwave, or Shockwave Flash?

Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.
