hello, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.

would you be able to copy/paste the ones starting with bp- in text form. transcribing these from an image is rather cumbersome for the amount of crashes this is showing :))

The crash you posted is a hang in the Shockwave Flash plugin.

  • Process Type plugin Shockwave Flash Version:17.0.0.169 Filename:NPSWF32_17_0_0_169.dll

If the crashes still happen if you block the Flash plugin and set this plugin to "Ask to Activate" then please post a few recent crash reports IDs. If you previously allowed Flash on a website then you need to click the Lego block icon on the at the left end of the location/address bar or check the permissions in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"

You can try to uninstall the current Flash player version(s) and (re)install the latest Flash version.

See this about uninstalling Flash players:

Note that this will remove all installed Flash players.

You can find the latest Flash player versions for Firefox on this page:
