I just want a simple alarm text to my phone when emails come from specific customers/names. I already have this from my bank. It sends a text message to my phone of deposits above a set amount and alerts for withdraws of set amounts. Some clients want a response within a 24 hour window and I DO NOT WANT email on my phones.

TB can send text messages to phones, using an 'SMS gateway', e.g. the address for a Verizon phone is 1234567890@vtext.com, if the phone number is 123-456-7890.

To have a text sent to your phone automatically when a message arrives in TB, you could set up a filter like the one in the picture. The forwarded messages might be truncated or incomplete due to the limits of SMS. You might also be able to set up an alert system on your mail provider's website, similar to what's done for vacation or out-of-office automatic replies.
