I work out of our company's corporate office. At a different location I have had multiple users that are getting the following pop ups: 1) Mail Server password required 2) Enter your password on pop.bizmail.yahoo.com:

They do enter their email passwords and sometimes it lets them in, works for a period of time and then when they go to "Get Messages" they have been booted out of their mail box and this pop up will, again, pop up. We have tried shutting off the computer and turning it back on and that has corrected the error and let in a user once but that is now not working. Our network is working properly, our modems and routers and hardware are in tact and running properly, our internet service is great and the yahoo main mail site is also working properly with passwords and all.... I do not know where to go from here. Please help, Thank you.

IMAP or POP.

If POP is the mail retrieval set to no less that 10 minutes?
