I see you just posted. Try restarting your computer. If is starts OK, open some local programs to see if they work properly. Open your browser and just go to one or two trusted sites. Then open Thunderbird and check your messages.

If you are unable to properly restart your computer, or if the programs do not work as they should, take your machine to a trusted computer repair shop and have them check everything.

Make sure you install a good antivirus program.

BTW It is not recommended to put personal information, like a phone number, in messages to forums.
