Hello, so the crashes had not been as frequent, but I've noticed the weekly crashes occur, and with the reports having similar IDs, I figure there's still something else I'm doing wrong. I've attached the ID for the latest crash and hope to hear something soon. I've already gone through uninstalling-reinstalling my browser and updating my plugins to try to prevent crashes. If there are new suggestions, I'm open to them.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Here are the most recent crashes. I'm supposing those listed with "BP" are typical for firefox. Otherwise, here they are

For some time now, a lot of Mac’s with Microsoft programs have been crashing. Check with Microsoft / Mac support sites.

I have been having regular crashes on Firefox. My last submission suggested it's a problem regarding Microsoft software on my Mac, but did not specify if it's browser based or software based. Here are my latest crash reports, and I am slowly losing my patience over these recent crashes.

Sorry to say, the new reports look like the others.

I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Ok, so I've finally buckled down and tried again through safe mode just to be sure. I've experienced a crash once again, and here is the report. From the details, it could be a font problem, but I want an expert to verify it
