Everything is there. But I had to use this add-on to see it;

BehindTheOverlay {web link} One click to close any overlay popup on any website. Have you ever been to a website that displays an overlay and masks the content with a transparent background before seeing its content ? This extension allows you to close easily those overlays.

I open website ring yellow in loop mode I use BehindTheOverlay by clicking on icon website print a static webpage, no menu is working no dynamic content

so BehindTheOverlay print a background webpage with a static menu and no link works.

Try to open www.tremail.com with chrome and firefox, left menu is working fine with chrome http://tremail.com/en/#!/page_home

Is it possible that the window resize event (the handler generating the error) is triggered before loading is finished? I think content is defined on load. Anyway, I don't see a quick "hack".

I can't tell what's going on, so I'd definitely ask the developer to take a look at it.
