No matter what i do to have my Thunderbird as Default Mail , GMAIL always get to be default mail .What should i do now?

I have checked all that have to be checked in Thunderbird Preferences , to make it My Default email provider , but , no matter what i do gmail always get to be the default email . Tha's it . Thanks

Does this happen when you click a mailto link in your browser? You may have to set TB as the default program, e.g. for Firefox, see these instructions:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-program-used-open-email-links

A similar method applies to IE, Chrome etc.

Thunderbird is not an email provider, so it's not clear what you're seeking to achieve.

A similar method applies to IE, Chrome etc.
