This has been consistent during the last 4 or 5 updates. I am currently using a version of Firefox that allows me to use PasswordBox. When I start Firefox I get two Master Password boxes. I will fill in the password in the top one and close the other one and Firefox will start normally. Why are there two boxes? How do I get rid of the second one?

I found a bugzilla thread running back to 2002!!! https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=177175 A long time for a possible spoof/phish/malware issue to exist. I'm un-thrilled with applying an add-on to fix this since all I have to do is enter the password on the top box and Cancel the second one. This could be a concern for people who don't trust easily. Fixing this would probably get more users to buy in to Firefox. Just a thought...
