Chosen solution

Try to clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Do you use any services or software to change how you connect to websites? More specifically, private VPN services, Hola, Tor, or similar programs/services can make it appear you are connecting from a country or region different from your actual country or region.

Websites usually "geolocate" you based on your computer IP address, which usually is assigned by your service provider. These are some sites that show the location associated with your current IP address:

Google might also use other information; hopefully clearing your Google cookies will resolve that if it is the source of the issue.
