How do I change the times from 24hr to 12hr format?

I have read in the forum that it is the pc settings I have to change on win10, but mine are set to 12hr and the calendar still shows 24hrs.

Thunderbird/Lightning uses the time settings from your OS. Make sure they are correct.

If you make changes to the OS settings, you should restart your computer. Otherwise, close and re-open Thunderbird.
