hello I have frequent crashes in Firefox. This is the report #: 2e2055e8-f4a7-40b2-af80-9dd31d9e51bd can you help me?

many times I used to force Firefox closing, before a crash report was created, so I don't have a crash history to share. But this kind of crash happens at least once per day. The program is up to date, as well as the plugins. I'm in a company network, so no malware shall be present.

Thanks in advance

Can you please click on the crash report, and then prove the crash ID beginning with bp-?

The System Detail list shows that you run an older Firefox 40 version that is no longer supported with security updates.

  • It is important to update Firefox and add-ons to the latest versions to get all security fixes.

Please update to the current Firefox 42.0 release.

  • Help > About Firefox

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift (Mac: Options) key to see if that helps.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
