Dell Inspiron Laptop Win 10/FF 42 all was well until 2 days ago got up in am and out of the blue Firefox 42 will no longer allow any google searches you tube etc anything with a google domain association appears as untrusted - tried installing profile from other machine with ff 42 and at least another 15 potential fixes but no avail-- have ff 42 working on 3 other pc's 2 win 10 one win 7 no issues have run MBAM and three-four other malware tools no apparent issues 2 days trying to resolve would like to stick with the 10-15 years of FF HELP Thanks -- posting with Chrome :(

comcast/xfinity Norton security Suite -- have checked firewall etc disabled for 15=30 minutes to no avail also have it running on other 3 machine without issue ????? Thanks

ok, then in order to know what's really going on we probably need more information about the issuer of the failing certificate. please proceed like this: enter chrome://pippki/content/exceptionDialog.xul into the location bar and in the page that opens, set the server location to "https://www.google.com" in order to retrieve and view the certificate like shown in the screenshot. then please report back with the data of the issued by section of the certificate viewer. thank you!

update ...uninstalled all Norton Products,disabled all spyware apps ,removed and reinstalled MBAM scanned no issues found ..tried Google gain same result -reinstalling Norton and scanning again broadband does not play safely with out firewall protection etc

To the one and only res-ponder, thank you for your interest and attention,after the uninstall and reinstall of Norton and MBAM Google is now accessible;e...2 8 hour days of trying to get this right still unsure why it is now working ...issue resolved at least temporarily
