Can you force tablet layout on a phone?

more options

I am currently spoofing my Note 3 into thinking that I have a larger display, which means that I am running the tablet version that has real pc-style tabs.

I want to decrease the simulated size of my screen without losing tablet layout. Will the browser detect my smaller screen and change back to the mobile version? Or is it locked on install?

I'm having trouble finding any documentation or specifics about the tablet version or even the android-specific config preferences.

Any insight would be enormously appreciated, thanks for reading.

Update: I have found that any screen larger than 7. 5 inches is given the tablet layout. Unfortunately that's all the information I have been able to find.

Update 2: Unfortunately FF android does detect your screen size on app startup. The smallest thst I am able to go is 360 ppi from the default 480 ppi. This is by changing lcd density in build props using Rom Toolbox. I have no idea what dimensions my phone or FF thinks it is atm, except that it is bigger than 7.5 inches.
