My computer had to be wiped and Windows 10 reinstalled. How do I restore prior messages, both received and sent?

Hi Kristyrae.
Do you have any backup of date before the reinstall? All Thunderbird data are stored in its profile, so if you can access it, you can restore all your messages including settings.
If not, all you can restore is the content stored directly in your mailbox on your providers mailserver.
