I switched to Thunderbird from Outlook 2013. I export the contacts to a csv file. When I import to Thunderbird and open contacts, nothing in the fields is correct. Everything is out of whack. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks

Chosen solution

Did you line up the imported data with the available fields?

Or you could do it in a spreadsheet program.
