After reinstalling Firefox , it still has my old email address and password. How do I change my address & password? I also need windows media player with Firefox plug-in to burn music to disks, I think that was removed along with Firefox.

Firefox and Thunderbird create two profiles in C:\Documents and settings\(your user account name)[mine is Dave]\application data\mozilla\firefox\profiles and C:\Documents and settings\(your user account name)[mine is Dave]\application data\Thunderbird\profiles. The profile is a file with a strange name like "p1u4rkdf.default". In those file are all your bookmarks, address book, passwords, history, and personal preferences including the link or reference to Windows media player (if such a thing exist). Profiles are not in the program files with FF or TB. When you reinstall the programs these files are not deleted. When you re-install they look for and use all your old information. If the profiles don't exist new ones will be created. I would add the new email address and leave the old one there. The old emails from your old address are associated with it and if you have kept any of them deleting the old address may loose the emails. With the new address in place you can then move those old emails to the new address as if you'd emailed them from old you to new you. When the old account is empty, just delete it. As to passwords use the "change password" function where ever you want to. Is there a reason you are concerned about the old passwords? The media player that runs in FF is not the Microsoft media player as far as I know. For most people Adobe Flash is their player. Windows Media Player 12 can be downloaded from Microsoft. It's a stand alone program. There are some embedded media players that you can down load. Tools/Add-ons in the Menu Bar will get you there. Hope this helps.
