Why does Firefox only have community support?
I am not a computer person so community support scares the hell out of me. Plus, in my problem I can't access any websites including my email & email is required to ask a question. Without my phone I would have been totally screwed. Does Mozilla just not give a crap about it's customers? I know I feel like I was set up to fail.

Mozilla does not have the resources to provide a call center for free one on one phone, chat, or email support for the free products and projects they have on mozilla.org.

Hi
To be fair, as Firefox for Android is open source software, it could be said that this is community support for community software. As users ourselves, we care deeply about trying to help people make the best of the software and to resolve any issues.
If you want to let us know what you are trying to do, what is happening and details of any error messages that are displayed, we will do our bets to help.
