firetray is not triggered in thunderbird

Our organization has a customized copy of Thunderbird that you want to put all users in the domain by copying. Also copy and include all the Firetray plugin but when I launch Thunderbird, you copied this plugin is disabled and must be enabled manually. How to make an automatic installation of this plug-in copied folder of Thunderbird or automatically on plugin when you start Thunderbird on the user's computer?
