when I use tools to mark mail as junk, it does nothing. I have been deleting spam by using lower case j.
As above, the mark email as junk does not seem to work, nor, when it was working, it did not remember emails previously marked as spam and delete them automatically. I have been using the upper and lower case "J" to delete and mark as OK for 2 days now, and am hoping that action will help my problem. Thanks for any suggestions.
