My wife somehow deleted email but it shows still in programs but won't open

My wife and I are both on a Dell computer my email is working fine, when she was on her account she touched something (she doesn't know what) it is pinned to the bottom of the page so all she has to do is click on it. anyways it is not longer there, i made a new shortcut but it won't open. We I go into programs is says it still exists so I'm confuse what to do next

just reinstall.. that will reset the default icons and we don't have to know what she did to undo it.
