I want to completely remove Firefox so when I re-install it, all bookmarks are gone, no passwords saved, totally fresh. How do I do this? Tried twice already

Recently, I can no longer add new bookmarks to the bookmark menu. I save them but the vanish. Now, Firefox will not save my updated Facebook password. I'd simply like to start over. I've exported bookmarks and passwords.

Each time I reinstall Firefox, all the bookmarks return, and the home page I set is still the homepage. I want a clean start with Firefox, hopefully that will solve these issues. How do I COMPLETELY remove Firefox? Thanks!

You can use the Profile Manager to create and delete profiles.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
