Hello, Is here any way how I can display incoming pgp-ed message in plain text (ascii armor)? Thunderbird keeps telling me it wants gpg to be installed and doesn't display anything in the message window. I don't want to use any addons to work with encrypted messages. Thanks for help

Then don't use PGP/GPG encryption. You'll have to stick with S/MIME.
