Am traveling soon and need Thunderbird mail and FF log in info. I have 2 E-mail accounts. I can't remember which I used nor can I remember a password. FF didn't remember in saved passwords. Already exceeded the number of trys and am now locked out. There seems to be no contact info for FF. Please advise.

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.

If you can't remember the password, most login pages have a 'Forgot Password' link. Change the password, and remember to record it.

I'm locked out of the password reset as I've tried too many times. Also I don't know which of the two E-mail accounts I used previously. Also, do FF and Thunderbird use same password?

Firefox doesn't need a password. Are you referring to using a Firefox Account? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-accounts

No, Firefox and Thunderbird wouldn't necessarily use the same password. There is no "Mozilla Services" that Thunderbird would share with Firefox.
