Thunderbird renders text smaller than other Windows apps
I configured Thunderbird, Notepad, Notepad++ and Evernote to use the same fixed-width font and size, Courier New, size 11. The latter three programs renders the font at the same, expected size. But in Thunderbird's view source window, the text is much smaller.
Why is that? Is it a bug? Can I fix it by changing any settings?
Windows 10 (anniversary update), Thunderbird 45.3.0.

Thunderbird uses pixels for font size. so at 11 it will be about 30% smaller than the others at 11 points.
