Is this gmail? If so, you can ignore this. Gmail believe they can tell what matters to you and they label selected messages as important, so these messages are, or should be, just duplicates of messages you can see elsewhere.

It's possible to disable Important and other superfluous labels/folders by visiting your Gmail settings page in their website. Obviously, while you're there, look at the Important folder and check what's in it.
