. Whenever you get a message / popup like that;

DO NOT USE ANY OF THE PROVIDED LINKS OR ANY PHONE NUMBERS ! !

Such messages are only Spam that could lead you to Fake Support. Not only can they damage or hack your system, they charge you to do so.

You can report such a site at; Google Report Phishing Page {web link} which is the same when done while on site by going to Help > Report Web Forgery

Help us safeguard Mozilla’s trademarks by reporting misuse {web link}

I know enough not to respond to these scams. The problem is, I have to use Task Manager to close Firefox, then uninstall Firefox and reinstall it, only to have it happen again. I do not have the same problem with Chrome or IE, only Firefox, and only when I open My eBay. So, I have permanently uninstalled Firefox because Firefox is not addressing the issue with http://www.arrwhead.pw.

Most of those type programs work from entries it creates in the user profile or creating bad programs the intercept normal commands.

Using Malware scanners would find such things and clean them out.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
