Thunderbird account has the right Passwords. When I open Thunderbird I am asked to sign in with Gmail.com with the password and Outlook.com with the password. After I comply I am asked again and again Any help. Thank you

There is only a password prompt for Yahoo in your screenshot. You may need to allow less secure apps in your Yahoo account settings (not in Thunderbird's account settings).

Yahoo help pages have more information on that.

Make sure you do allow cookies for accounts.google.com in your Thunderbird Options.

There is only a password prompt for Yahoo in your screenshot. You may need to allow less secure apps in your Yahoo account settings (not in Thunderbird's account settings).
