Can I link 2 email accounts so they share the same inbox?
I have been using the default Microsoft Mail program that came on a new laptop. I just installed Thunderbird, and am looking on how to link my two email accounts. You can do this on the Microsoft product, and it works great. Messages from both account come into a single inbox. Can I set Thunderbird to do the same thing? Thanks, Rick

You can if the accounts are configured as POP. I think this limitation is the same in the Microsoft Product as there is no way to "integrate" imap accounts that could be considered practical.
Right click the account in the folder pane, select settings In the server settings for the account select the advanced button. Select use the inbox for another account and in the drop down select the global inbox.
When you do this the accounts will disappear from the folder pane, along with any mail in those accounts, so move mail to local folders before you make the change.
If you are using IMAP, there is the unified folder view. It is not perfect but does a pretty good job of making multiple accounts look like one folder.
