After the upgrade, we can not sent email to our 1000 members.
We are a Loyal customer. Just renew our contract last year. Before we upgrade our system, we are able to send 1000 email to our 1000 members ( we divided to 8 groups , we can send all the emails out within 30 minutes ) After we upgrade the system, we can only send 150 emails in the morning and 150 in the afternoon. If I am not busy, I can do that in 4 days. If things piles up, I will not able to send the important email to our members in time. I have call your help line once. the lady said she can make the capacity to 900 emails in one hour. Only worked for the first time. Following week I still had lots of return email which I've sent out. Please solve this problem for us. Thank you!

Then why are you posting your problem to the Thunderbird support forum? Thunderbird isn't an email provider. It is an email client used to access the account you do have with your email provider to send and receive messages. You'll need to sort this with your email provider.

couple of things.
Thunderbird has no support line. It never did. Sending mail in that volume is almost impossible with most mail providers.
SO I suppose my question is. Who did you call? That might give me a clue as to where you are coming from.
