My friend Jack sent me an email with 2 attachments totaling 14.7 MB. It took an age to come through. When it eventually did, 7 separate emails showed up, all time stamped and dated the same. Since then I have been unable to receive any emails. There appears to be a logjam. The address for my Thunderbird is actually jab17@frontier.com. I'm using this other address since the system needs to verify my registration by sending me an email, but I can't receive email. Duh! Please help. Cheers, John

Hi Matt, Thanks for responding. That does seem to be what's occurring. There are now 11 copies of that original email. I have accessed Frontier Web mail and deleted the offending message. Is there something else I can do? On the web mail, there are many subsequent emails which still do not show up through Thunderbird.
