I couldn't use TaxAct- due to the block where you are suppose to click (put a check mark) saying "I'm not a Robot" I tryed for quite some time before giving up and using a different solfware for doing our taxes . Today, same think happened on an e-mail-something within my browser stops me from verifying "I;m not a Robot" Can this be fixed? ()

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.

Something like that is normally using JavaScript.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure such extensions do not block content. There is security software that can interfere with loading content, so check that as well.
