Can any one help with this issue? - Mozilla is not coming up on my Windows 7 P.C. - Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but still does not work.

I have tried to start Mozilla in safe mode without any luck - I also tried rebooting my P.C. in safe mode and tried to start Mozilla but still does not work

The crash ID in the crash report file is: bp-0ec9c87f-b46e-4db4-b239-8e21f2170202

Thank you

Oscar

hi oscar, thanks for providing a crash id. unfortunately this crash is caused by the websense/forcepoint security software that is running on your device.

i presume that's in a corporate environment - please get in contact with your it department to make sure that websense is fully up to date, as it has the tendency to crash newly released firefox versions until they adapt accordingly.

another option would be to install an esr version of firefox: Old versions of Websense cause startup crashes in Firefox
