Hello I have just re-installed Thunderbird on my laptop running win 10 now Thunderbird will not remeber my passwords
I did not have a problem with Thunderbird until I did a factory reset on my laptop, now Thunderbird will not remember my passwords. I have tried lots of solutions that I have found on line but none of them work and frankly I am ready to ditch Thunderbird if I cannot find a fix, can anyone please come up with a fix
Thanks H

I'm more interested in what you're doing from the time you start Thunderbird, particularly when you get the login prompt (assuming you do get one).
I start Thunderbird when I log onto windows and normally emails will download however sometimes I'm asked for my password for that account, when it comes to sending mail I'm now asked for my passwords most of the time, which I enter and tick use password manager etc Hope this helps H
