I cant configure an e-mail that i have the whole datas i need, i just feel all the gaps but still Thunderbird cant find it
Hello my friends, I have an OLD e-mail Account that some month ago i had it connected with Thunderbird. Actually the email in question is "info@proseccocycling.it" . I created it via Webmail.
Now the problem is, I have all the data needed to configure an "existent account in Thunderbird" but still can't do it. I double-checked all of them twice and even more but still cant acceed.
Can someone please help me?
I shouldn't attach this because contains private datas, but I will do it just to show you that I have all I need, but still can't configure out it in Thunderbird. <---- Thunderbird is already updated and working, I already have 2 e-mails connected with it.
Thank you in advance, I hope in somebody... Cuz I really need this E-mail for work.
Have a nice day guys.

The wizard fails to detect the correct settings for your account. So you'll need to use Manual Configuration. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/manual-account-configuration
Check with your email provider about the server settings required for your account before you start.

Hello again my friend,
I already tried what you said... But....
Maybe because it was the 5230519° time but IT WORKED ! FINALLY !
I did it with "Advanced options" and just inserted the whole stuff I was already inserting in the other Query but this time IT WORKED!
So thank you a lot. Have a nice day.
