I have a group called "Les Girls". When I send out a message, I include myself. I have been trying for months to correct an error in my name in this address list, but I cannot figure out how to save the change, so I have to send my message to each person separately. The change is never saved.

Is this group a mailing list or an address book? If an address book doesn't retain changes, there is a way to rebuild it:

1) In Address Book, select Personal Address Book, then Tools/Export, Save as type: LDIF, name the file.

2) Select Help/Troubleshooting Information, click Open Folder to open the profile folder, close TB, delete or rename abook.mab.

3) Restart TB, Tools/Import...Address books...Text file...select the LDIF file from 1).

4) In Address Book, select the imported address book in the left pane, then select all the contacts in the right pane (Ctrl-A) and drag them onto the Personal Address Book icon.

Changes to PAB should now be retained.

Next, rebuild your mailing list by selecting the address book, File/New/Mailing List..., name the list, close it, then add contacts to the list by dragging and dropping contacts from the address book onto the mailing list icon.
