54.0a2 (2017-06-06) (32-bit) Windows 8.1Pro Can't click next to verify password when adding a gmail account.

I changed my password for my gmail account and needed to reauthorize it for earlybird. I could not just update the password because i could not click next on the password confirmation dialogue box. I then deleted this account turned on account history on the gmail account, generated a new app password and tried to add the account again. The dialogue box still does not allow me to click next after it asks for my email account.
