Deleted Address Books-How do I find the deleted contacts Folder/Files and restore them

Earlier today I deleted three address Folders. How do I find the deleted Files/Folders? I have not emptied Trash or anything else and a search for the files has not been productive.

This article tells you file names and where they are stored. When you delete them in Thunderbird they are gone. They do not go to the trash folder. Search your drive to see if you can find them. If not reload from your backup. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Moving_address_books_between_profiles
