gmail password update
Yesterday I have changed my password for GMail. I have Thunderbird email app in my Windows PC. Mails are now not arriving in Thunderbird. I feel I have to update the changed password. But I don't find proper field where I have to update the password. Kindly guide how to go about updating the changed gmail password.

What system are you using? Application password? Two-factor authentication? OAuth2?
I would expect Thunderbird to have prompted you for a new password when the old one failed. I am surprised it hasn't.
You can change and remove passwords stored in Thunderbird. Go to
Tools|Options|Security|Passwords→Saved Passwords
Right-click or double-click an item to change it.

I use Win 10 64bit. GMail password was changed by me yesterday. In Thunderbird my mails are not arriving because of change in GMail password. In Thunderbird I could not find option to change my password. Yes, when thunderbird was opened it prompted me for new password by showing my email ID. Then there was a "Next" button which is supposed to take me to password field. But when I click the "Next" button, nothing happens. It does not move forward. I attempted this several times even after rebooting the system but the "Next" button does not work. I was stuck. My work was suffering. So I uninstalled Thunderbird and installed Mailbird. Everything is now fine with Mailbird.
Upgrade to version 52.1.1. Gmail has problems with previous versions.
