Tools/Options/Security/Passwords/Saved Passwords, Show Passwords, right-click, Edit Password.

You can't delete the default account, so select another account in Account Settings, Account Actions/Set as Default, then select the other account, Account Actions/Remove Account.

Show Passwords Right click the password and select Edit Password.

You cannot delete the default account. If this is marked Default you need to change that.

Edit: It looks like on version 52.2.0 you can remove the default account. Not sure which version this changed.

Unfortunately, 52.2 does NOT display the Saved Password displayed in "Saved Logins" when clicking "Saved Passwords". All Saved Logins, which includes Save Passwords, is now empty. This has turned Thunderbird into just a simple file cabinet for old emails since one can no longer send, nor receive. As one would expect, like the good old days, a missing password would prompt the user for the password (click to remember yadda yadda). But that has also been upgraded. I'm waiting for the fix.

It is easy to Google and paste the answer here, but many times, the paste is a sticky mistake echoing it's way through time - like an STD (AKA STI) that keeps on giving ;)

That does not look like a Thunderbird screen. You looking at Firefox instead? Thunderbird does not access sites.

Look at the top left corner of the screen cap. That IS a Thunderbird logo. Is it not? Apologia not wanted.

Please read the post this time and you will see the steps used in Thunderbird to arrive at the Thunderbird screen with empty Thunderbird passwords with the Thunderbird logo. It is NOT a Fire Fox screen cap.

Pick on someone else. O
